Kiran Raichura

Kiran Raichura is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and field hockey coaching. As the Chief Commercial Real Estate Economist at Capital Economics since August 2014, Kiran leads analysis and forecasts, focusing on the US, UK, and European markets. Alongside this role, Kiran serves as the Head Coach for Mens 1st & 2nd Teams at West Herts Hockey Club and is the Founder and Lead Coach at Beacon Hockey, which offers coaching camps for youth. Previous coaching roles include performance coaching with England and Great Britain Hockey and leading youth teams at Saxon Tigers and Mercia Lynx. Kiran's earlier career includes significant analytical positions at AXA Investment Managers and Colliers International UK plc. Academic credentials include a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a part-time MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading.
