Mike Hensley

Sr. Vice President Sales at Capital Electric

Mike Hensley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mike began their career at WESCO Distribution in 1986, where they worked as an Outside Sales representative until 1992. Mike then joined Philips Lighting as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Leader, a position they held for ten years until 2002. In the same year, Hensley started working at Capital Electric as the Executive Vice President of Sales. Mike held this role until 2014, after which they became the Regional Vice President for the Baltimore/Washington region. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at CapitalTristate, where they currently work.

Mike Hensley attended Houston Community College from 1980 to 1981, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Mike then transferred to Texas Tech University and studied Business Administration and Management, General from 1981 to 1983.
