Maria Clara Alvarenga Gouveia

Maria Clara Alvarenga Gouveia is an accomplished UX and Product Design professional with experience at Capital Empreendedor since November 2020, where responsibilities include developing new features, analyzing market needs, and creating prototypes. Previously, Maria held the position of Marketing Analyst at MTE from March to December 2020, focusing on social media strategy and sponsorship acquisition. As Financial Director for the Associação de Repúblicas da Unicamp and in financial roles with SECOMP, Maria honed skills in financial planning, sponsorship capture, and budgeting. Additionally, experience as a Scholarship Holder at CNPq and Human Resources Advisor at Conpec contributed to a well-rounded skill set in personnel development and organizational activities.
