Britt Kowalski

Britt Kowalski, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of Engineering and Lead Engineer at Capital Engineering since November 2021. Previously, Britt held several key positions at Rally Engineering, including Mechanical Engineering Department Head, where responsibilities encompassed the oversight of a 45-member team and ensuring project technical quality. Additional roles at Rally included Lead Engineer for significant programs with Enbridge Pipelines and major projects converting production processes. Earlier experience includes project management and engineering roles at WorleyParsons, focusing on large-scale oil sands projects and pipeline operations, as well as forensic engineering at Sintra Engineering for insurance and legal investigations. Britt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
