Michelle Lea-Wilson

Michelle Lea-Wilson is a seasoned mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Mechanical Department Head at Capital Engineering since April 2024, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Rally Engineering from September 2018 to April 2024, leading a team on various refinery and tankage projects. Prior to that, Michelle worked as a Mechanical Engineer at WorleyParsons, where responsibilities included coordinating Mechanical and Piping Engineering teams. Experience as a Design Engineer was gained at Altus Energy Services / Nusco Manufacturing and as a Sales Engineer at Olympic International Agencies Ltd., where custom air handling solutions were developed. Michelle began a career as a Design Engineer at Scott Springfield Mfg Inc., focusing on air handling units. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
