Philippe Germain is the Chief Investment Officer at CEG. Philippe was previously the CEO and Co-founder of Azur et Capital Fonds Immobilier Québec from August 2012 to August 2014. Prior to that, they were the President Regional at JCI Canada from January 2010 to November 2010.

Philippe Germain has a B.A. in Political and Economics from Université Laval, a DEC from Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy CNDF, and a High School Diploma from Séminaire des Pères Maristes.
