Shea Railey

Shea Railey is the Community Coordinator at Capital Factory. Shea previously worked as a server and manager at Ivar’s River Pub from July 2019 to November 2020. During their time at Ivar’s, Shea was promoted to manager just before the restaurant closed for quarantine. When they reopened, Shea smoothly adjusted to new coronavirus procedures, a new POS system, and their new leadership position. As a manager, Shea interacted with fewer customers but was able to help their staff give guests a positive visit by drawing on their own experience as a server. This made their a more efficient leader and they grew in their decision-making abilities. Shea also has experience as an Operations Manager, having worked at Link Coworking from February 2018 to August 2018.

Shea Railey has a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. They also have certification from Hootsuite in Hootsuite Platform Certification.
