Clint Cryer

Clint Cryer currently serves as Senior Vice President of Lending and Relationship Management, and Director of Retail Lending at Capital Farm Credit since June 2021. Previously, Clint held the position of Senior Vice President and Agricultural & Commodities Manager at PlainsCapital Bank from April 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading the agricultural lending group, business development, underwriting, and credit policy management, along with serving as an Advisory Director for the bank's advisory board. From July 2005 to April 2012, Clint was Vice President and Relationship Manager for Commercial Agribusiness at CoBank, managing a diverse portfolio in the agricultural sector within Texas and New Mexico. Prior experience includes working as a Loan Officer in Production Agriculture at Farm Credit of New Mexico from June 2001 to July 2005, focusing on a portfolio of dairy, cattle, and row crop farmers. Clint holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance from Texas Tech University, and completed the TALL X program between 2006 and 2008.
