David Casden

David Casden currently serves as Vice President of Capital Markets Distribution at Capital Funding Group, a position held since May 2024, where responsibilities include managing Capital Markets efforts for the Banks’ commercial real estate and working capital lending divisions. Prior to this role, David Casden spent nearly 18 years at Lument, culminating in the role of Managing Director of Sales and Trading/Pricing, overseeing operations related to mortgage-backed securities and various financing guidelines. Previous experience also includes Managing Director positions at Hunt Real Estate Capital and a Secondary Market Specialist role at Sterling Empire Funding Associated LTD. David Casden holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Yeshiva University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
