Cheryl Dong

Cheryl Dong serves as an Enterprise Project Manager and Assistant Vice President at Capital Group, where Cheryl has been employed since December 2004. With over 17 years of experience, Cheryl has driven strategic enterprise changes across global business functions, client services, and distributions, significantly enhancing the enterprise product offering practice. This innovation has allowed Capital Group to rapidly introduce new products at lower costs while also improving associate work/life balance through effective capacity planning and prioritization. Prior to Capital Group, Cheryl held various roles at Capgemini, Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, and Deloitte, beginning her career as an intern. Cheryl holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UC Irvine.
