Craig McMillan

Craig McMillan is an experienced professional in retirement plan services, currently serving as Director of Retirement Plan Services at Capital Group since July 2004. In this role, Craig manages the American Funds retirement plan recordkeeping offering, emphasizing 401(k) products for small and mid-sized businesses, while also setting product priorities and ensuring the competitiveness of the offering for sustainable success. Prior to his tenure at Capital Group, Craig held the position of Vice President and Senior Manager of Operations at Empower Retirement from January 1996 to June 2004. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
