Hazel Gabriel-Hsia

Hazel Gabriel-Hsia, MSHRM, currently serves as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Capital Group, supporting the North America Client Group's Wealth Management division since February 2019, after previously holding the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Private Client Services. Prior experience includes roles at 3M, where Hazel worked as an HR Supervisor managing employee engagement and talent acquisition across multiple plant locations, and as a Field HR Generalist providing HR support in manufacturing environments. Hazel's earlier experience encompasses an HR Specialist role at Restoration Hardware during the startup of a new distribution center and a Corporate HR Administrator position at TTM Technologies overseeing HRIS programs. Hazel holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
