Jessica Ground is currently the Global Head of ESG at Capital Group and a member of the Code Committee at The Takeover Panel. Previously, Jessica served as a Board Member at The Investor Forum CIC from January 2017 to May 2023 and was the Global Head of Stewardship at Schroders for over two decades, where responsibilities included ESG integration, research, governance, and client engagement. Additionally, Jessica has experience as a UK Equity Fund Manager and Analyst, and provided market commentary on BBC Radio 4 & 5 and BBC World from April 2014 to January 2020. Jessica Ground holds a BA(hons) in History from the University of Bristol.
