Lauren Reich

Lauren Reich is an experienced professional currently serving as an Equity Trade Operations Senior Associate at Capital Group, having progressed from an Associate role. Prior to this, Lauren demonstrated leadership as Captain of the Ohio Wesleyan Swim and Dive Team, effectively managing team dynamics and enhancing the overall season experience. In addition to roles within philanthropy and public relations as Chairwoman for Kappa Kappa Gamma, Lauren gained practical investment operations experience as an intern at Capital Group. Early career experience includes serving as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Nicolet Inc and providing customer service as a Cashier at Hortons Home Lighting. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Economics, and Accounting, with a minor in Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University.
