Lenka Vanek

Lenka Vanek is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Vice President at Capital Group, Lenka has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Disaster Recovery and Vice President of Application Development Technologies, while also leading a DevSecOps transformation. Prior to Capital Group, Lenka was Senior Director of Software Engineering at Quest Software, where successful teams won industry awards and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings. Lenka's prior experience includes significant contributions at Dell, leading the engineering direction for top database products and overseeing award-winning business intelligence solutions. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Software Research & Development at Quest Software, where Toad products gained widespread trust from users, and Technical Database Manager at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, contributing to a successful SAP implementation. Lenka holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Methods in Economics from Prague University of Economics and Business.
