Thomas Joseph holds extensive experience in data engineering and management, currently serving as Vice President of Data Engineering at Capital Group since April 2007. Responsible for the sourcing and publishing of enterprise investment data utilizing cloud technologies, Thomas has also led initiatives in Data Governance and Data Quality while managing significant systems integration projects. Prior experience includes roles at Capgemini and Ernst & Young, focusing on software project execution and large data warehouse implementations. Thomas's technical expertise is complemented by a Ph.D. in Management - Information Technology from UCLA Anderson School of Management, along with advanced degrees in Industrial & Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions.
