Remy Fremaux

Remy Fremaux is the Senior Vice President at Capital Guidance. Remy has over 20 years of experience in finance and has held various positions at different companies.

Remy started their career at Decathlon International in 1997 as the group treasury manager. In this role, they were responsible for credit line negotiation, interest rate hedging, advising subsidiaries CFOs on cash management, and intercompany financing.

In 2004, they left Decathlon International and joined Intrawest Europe as the Director of Finance. In this role, they were responsible for the monthly financial reporting (US Gaaps), negotiating bank financing, and implementing financial tools (JDE, Hyperion).

Most recently, in 2009, they joined Guidance Financial Group as the Senior Vice President. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management of the company and its financial guidance division.

They are on a team with Martin Bury - Senior Vice President, Hazem Farra - Managing Director, and Mohamad Hammour - Managing Director. Their manager is Amer Hammour, Chairman.
