Courtney A. Crawford, BSN, RN, is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background that spans emergency care, immunization, and pediatric intensive care. Currently serving as an Emergency Room Nurse at Capital Health since January 2022, Courtney also functions as an Immunization and Wellness Nurse for Affiliated Physicians, administering vaccinations and providing wellness education across New Jersey and New York City. Previous roles include PICU RN positions at both The Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Sacred Heart and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Courtney began a career in healthcare as a Child Care Provider, delivering specialized medical care to children, and has held managerial roles, including Volunteer Services Coordinator at Princeton Healthcare System, where oversight of over 1,500 volunteers was primary. With a foundation in accountancy and experience as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young, Courtney transitioned to nursing after obtaining an Accelerated Second Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Rutgers University.
