Rick Rhoton

Rick Rhoton, MHA, RN, BSN, is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as an Emergency Room Nurse at Legacy Health since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rick had a extensive career at Samaritan Health Services, where from November 2002 to September 2025, contributions included positions as Utilization Review Nurse, Emergency Department Manager, and Manager of Nursing Administration among others, overseeing the clinical and administrative management of the Emergency Department. Rick has a diverse background as an ED RN, with multiple assignments across various healthcare facilities in Oregon and Arizona, beginning the nursing career at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in 1990.
