Erica Spiro, M.S., J.D. is an experienced professional with a robust background in corporate compliance and legal affairs, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Compliance and Assistant Compliance Officer at Capital Health since February 2019. Previous roles include legal internships at Independence Blue Cross and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, focusing on healthcare law, compliance, and regulatory affairs. Additional experience encompasses legal research, risk management, and policy development during a legal internship at Capital Health, along with earlier administrative and management roles in political and government settings. Erica holds a Juris Doctor from Drexel University, a Master's of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science from the same institution, complemented by a certificate in Economics from Georgetown University.
