Rafael's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Legal Counsel at ARIA Health System, managing legal affairs for a large hospital network, and various litigation-related positions in esteemed law firms. Rafael earned a Juris Doctor from Widener University Schools of Law and an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, along with a certificate in Captive Insurance from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education.
