Sonu Jose, BSc, FCCA, CPA, UAECA

Sonu Jose has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. In 2005, they started their career as an Audit Assistant at KLSA Pannel Kerr Forster. Sonu then joined Ernst & Young in 2005 and held various roles including Auditor, Assistant Manager, and Audit Manager, where they managed multiple projects, coached and developed staff, and actively participated in firm's practice development and marketing projects. In 2014, Sonu joined Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children as a Finance Manager, and later became the Chief Financial Officer/Finance Director. Currently, Sonu is working at Capital Health as the Director of Finance and Accounts.

Sonu Jose completed their education in a sequential manner. In 2003 to 2005, Sonu attended Placid Vidya Vihar where they studied Computer Science. Following that, Sonu pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University from 2005 to 2007.

Additionally, Sonu obtained various certifications to enhance their knowledge and professional qualifications. In December 2008, they became a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) from ACCA in the UK. Later on, in December 2014, Sonu attained membership as a Member - Accountants & Auditors Association - UAE (UAECA) from the Accountants and Auditors Association - AAA.

More recently, Sonu obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential from CPA Australia in September 2022. In October 2022, they also earned the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services. Most recently, in January 2023, Sonu completed a course called "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" offered by LinkedIn.
