Jon Beauchamp

Jon Beauchamp is a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Capital Industries since April 2021. Prior to this, Jon held the position of Program Manager at Valeo from January 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing projects and cross-functional teams, along with securing five patents related to vehicle lighting technology. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Cincinnati Test Systems from May 2014 to January 2016, directing mechanical development and validation for leak test machines. Jon also worked as a Senior Mechanical Development Engineer at Cummins Inc. from August 2008 to May 2014, leading product development and recognized as a corporate expert in resolving technical challenges. Jon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
