Ann Sebert

Ann Sebert is the Chief Executive Officer and CFO & Treasurer of Capital Institutional Services, Inc. (CAPIS), where a strategic role in the overall management of the company has been fulfilled since September 2002. Responsibilities include managing the company's finances, financial reporting, and financial risk management. Prior roles at CAPIS include Director of Accounting & Operations, Controller, and Assistant to CFO/Business Analyst, overseeing multiple accounting and operational functions. Ann Sebert also served as Accounting Manager at The Clearance Center, managing retail store operations, and held a position in the Marketing Department at ARCO Oil & Gas from 1988 to 1995. Education includes a degree in Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business and earlier studies at Colorado State University and Barstow.
