Patrick Tzou

Patrick Tzou has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Patrick currently holds the position of Director of Application Development at Capital Insurance Group, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Missouri Employers Mutual from 2013 to 2022, where they served as an IT Delivery Manager, Software Development Manager, and Software Developer III. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Shelter Insurance Companies as a Senior Programmer. Before that, they were employed at Cerner Corporation as a Software Engineer in 2006, at MidwayUSA as an Application Developer in 2005, and at the University of Missouri as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant from 2003 to 2005.

Patrick Tzou obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which they attended from 2000 to 2005. In addition, they received certifications in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2022 and Guidewire PolicyCenter from Guidewire Software in 2013.
