Dermot McGuinness

Dermot McGuinness is an experienced IT professional with extensive expertise in database and application development. Currently serving as the Director of Databases and Application Development at The Brattle Group since August 2011, Dermot has held various roles including Applications and Database Manager and Senior Applications and Database Architect. Previous experience includes positions as Sr Data Architect at Eaton Vance, Senior IT Consultant at Version 1, and IT Technical Consultant/Technical Lead at Genzyme. Dermot's career began as a Programmer/Analyst at Iron Mountain, with roles progressing through notable positions at Lucent Technologies, Speedline Technologies, and beyond. Dermot holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from UMass Boston and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science from Griffith College Dublin, along with additional coursework at Villanova University.
