Monique Fray

Monique Fray is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving in these roles at Capital Investment LLC since May 2022. Additionally, Monique is a member of CREBA, contributing to the advancement of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage profession in the Greater Washington, DC area, and acts as the Washington D.C. City Leader for Founders Live, a global marketplace for entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Executive Liaison at Women Business Collaborative, Special Advisor to the CEO at Du Plain Enterprises, and various support positions at the National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations and The National Press Club. Monique holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of the Western Cape.
