Joann McCarty Phr

Joann McCarty, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Total Rewards/HRIS Specialist at Capital Lumber since November 2014, focusing on managing the Total Rewards benefits program and analyzing competitive offerings for the employee population. Prior to this, McCarty worked as a Human Resources Generalist at The Logistics Group, where all HR and Payroll functions were managed for a multi-state service provider, contributing to the company being recognized as one of the “Best Places To Work” for four consecutive years.
