Rafael Santos-Afan is a highly experienced Service Engineer at Capital Machine Technologies, Inc. since August 2020, while also serving as the Owner of RS Global Marketing, LLC, a custom embroidery and laser engraving business. Additionally, Rafael's background includes service as an Airman in the Puerto Rico Air National Guard, where training focused on heavy equipment operations. Rafael holds a High School Diploma from Liceo Hispano-Americano and has completed significant professional development courses, including the USCG Instructor Development Course and Chief Petty Officer Academy.
