Susan Aguilar is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at CapMetro since April 2024. In this role, Susan is tasked with defining skills and capacity needs, delivering comprehensive workforce plans, and enhancing leadership programs. Additionally, as a BetterUp Certified Coach since September 2023, Susan focuses on empowering individuals to achieve personal growth and transformation. Prior to these positions, Susan held various leadership roles at AT&T from May 2006 to December 2023, including Principal Business Manager, where key responsibilities included managing Leadership Development programs and directing HR service teams.
