Reem al Sharhan

Reem AL Sharhan serves as the Director of Learning and Development at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia since November 2023. Previously, Reem held the position of Talent Development Director at الهيئة العامة لعقارات الدولة from July 2022 to September 2023. From April 2019 to October 2022, Reem worked as the Training & Talent Manager at RATP Dev. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Training and Development Specialist at KSUMC and Training and Development Specialist at SABB. Reem began a career in customer relations as a Customer Relations Officer at SABB from November 2008 to January 2014. Reem holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Arab East Colleges, earned between 2011 and 2013.
