Allison Houston is a Key Account Specialist at Capital Office. Allison has over 20 years of experience in technology and customer service.
Allison started their career at Andersen Consulting in 1997 as a Senior Specialist in Technology Support Services. In this role, they managed a team of 15 people responsible for local office IT functions and technology support services. Allison was later promoted to interim position as Training and Reporting Lead for the company’s internal CRM system. During this time, they conducted onsite training and change management work for over 350 IT support people during a 14 month implementation period – in 21 offices, spanning 8 countries.
In 1998, Allison transitioned into a role with the Technology Services Internal Communications Team – a global, cross-functional group responsible for internal IT communications practices and tools.
In 1999, Allison left Andersen Consulting to join Petopia.com as Director of Customer Service. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that all customers had a positive experience. Allison was with Petopia until 2001 when the company was acquired by Amazon.
After Petopia, Allison spent a few years working in various customer service roles before finding their way to Capital Office in 2006. In their current role as Key Account Specialist, Allison is responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
