Brittany Cross is the Operations Coordinator for Fairbanks at Capital Office. Brittany has a background in human resources and administrative work. Brittany started their career at Amazon as a Senior Human Resources Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for data integrity in HRIS systems, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination. Brittany also assisted with benefits, orientation, and stock inquiries. Brittany then transitioned to Guidehouse where they worked as an administrative assistant. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining HR department records, employment files, and office equipment. Brittany also calculated turnover metrics and completed employment and payroll verifications.

Brittany Cross has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University. Brittany also has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
