Miguel Alonso

Miguel Alonso is a Senior Software Engineer at Capital On Tap since January 2022, previously serving as a Software Engineer at ICBC Standard Bank Plc from August 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included supporting and expanding a suite of applications for the Financial Crime Surveillance unit. Prior to this, Miguel worked at DOCOsoft from November 2011 to July 2018, focusing on insurance projects in the London Market. Miguel's career began at Babel Sistemas de Información from October 2008 to October 2011 as a Software Analyst Developer, responsible for the development and testing of applications using a range of technologies. Miguel also gained early experience as a Developer at Analistas Financieros Internacionales from October 2006 to April 2008, focusing on maintaining the company intranet. Miguel holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earned between 2002 and 2008.
