Nikita Stepanov

Nikita Stepanov is an experienced product manager and entrepreneur currently serving as a Product Manager for Payments at Capital on Tap since October 2024. In addition, Nikita is a volunteer APM Thames Valley Committee Member with the Association for Project Management since February 2023. As a co-founder and CEO of InForecast from September 2022 to September 2024, Nikita successfully led a B2B SaaS startup focused on the real estate and construction sector, executing product strategy from concept to delivery. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at Mott MacDonald from July 2017 to September 2022, where Nikita managed the product lifecycle and collaborated with various stakeholders on business plans and product roadmaps. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, along with a University Foundation in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics from CATS Cambridge.
