Alisson Sol

Alisson Sol is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at Capital One since December 2023, leading the Endpoints & Automation Engineering team with a focus on optimizing cybersecurity and edge AI compliance. Prior to this, Alisson held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Google from May 2022 to December 2023, overseeing the deployment of security platforms in the Privacy, Safety & Security group. Alisson's experience includes a role as Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft where contributions spanned M365 engineering systems and AI frameworks. Alisson also served as Senior Software Development Manager at Amazon, managing critical infrastructure for Amazon WorkSpaces. Early career experience at Microsoft involved various engineering and architect roles, significantly in the AI Core group. Alisson holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, a Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from USP, and a Bachelor's in Physics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
