Alisson Sol

Alisson Sol currently serves as the VP of Software Engineering at Capital One, overseeing the Endpoints & Automation Engineering team with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing cybersecurity and compliance metrics. Prior experience includes roles at Google as a Senior Engineering Manager, where Alisson managed projects related to security defense platforms, and at Microsoft, where Alisson held various positions including Group Engineering Manager, contributing to the development of Microsoft Teams and other products. Additional experience includes a tenure at Amazon as a Senior Software Development Manager for AWS WorkSpaces and a long-standing career at Microsoft, where achievements spanned from architecture to management across multiple engineering domains. Alisson holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from USP - Universidade São Paulo.
