Annie Guan

Annie Guan is a distinguished engineer with extensive experience in AI and machine learning across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer at Capital One, Annie focuses on foundation models and large language model training and inference. Concurrently, Annie mentors students in AI/ML applications for life sciences at the Aspiring Scholars Directed Research Program and startups at Alchemist Accelerator. Previously, roles included Director of AI and ML at Luminar Technologies, managing multimodal foundation models and ML infrastructure, and a Research Consultant at Meta, optimizing AI hardware/software co-design.
