Dana Figueroa

Dana Figueroa (Cappell) is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a strong background in executive search and global HR business partnership. Currently serving as a Principal Recruiter for Director and Senior Director Leadership Talent at Capital One since February 2022, Dana previously held significant roles at Bank of NY Mellon as a Human Resources Business and Talent Acquisition Partner, and at Credit Suisse as a Human Resource Business Partner. Early career experiences include directing recruitment and placement at the NYC Department of Small Business Services and serving as a Talent Management Consultant at NERA Economic Consulting. Dana holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and an HR Certificate from Chapman University.
