Gail Mosher

Gail Mosher is a seasoned compliance and consumer lending professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Principal Compliance Specialist at Capital One since April 2023, Gail provides regulatory compliance guidance related to credit cards. Previously, at Old Second National Bank from February 2020 to September 2022, Gail held the role of VP Director of Consumer Lending, overseeing consumer lending operations including credit card, auto, and personal loan processes. Gail's career also includes a long tenure at DuPage Credit Union, from March 1987 to February 2020, as Vice President of Consumer Lending & Compliance, where notable achievements included leading credit card portfolio growth and managing various lending portfolios. Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Augustana College.
