Gautam Jain

Gautam Jain is an experienced professional with a background in strategy, analytics, and operations management. Currently serving as a Manager for Strategy & Analytics at Capital One since June 2021, Gautam leads a team to enhance operations using predictive algorithms across various functions. Previously, Gautam was an MBA Summer Intern in Product Management at Amazon, where responsibilities included developing a voice strategy for the automotive retail team. Prior experience includes roles at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, where Gautam progressed from Production Engineer to Operations Manager, successfully implementing digital transformation and reducing operational costs. Earlier positions include Process Engineer at Samsung Engineering and summer traineeships at the National Institute for Materials Science and Orpic. Gautam holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
