Jeanise Upshaw

Jeanise Upshaw, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Currently serving as the Head of Line of Business & Business Area Learning & Development at Capital One since April 2022, Jeanise previously held senior leadership roles at PNC, where responsibilities included supporting various business functions and leading diversity initiatives. With earlier experience at Genesis10, T-Mobile, and RWD Technologies, Jeanise has developed expertise in instructional design, project management, and team coaching. Jeanise holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University.
