Izabela Kowalczyk

Izabela Kowalczyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management within the maritime and business sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Projects at Carnival Maritime GmbH since October 2016, Izabela has held multiple roles including Maritime Performance Manager and Enterprise Project Manager. Prior to this, Izabela worked at Rickmers Group, where titles included Integrated Management System Project Manager and QHSE Officer. Experience also includes a tenure at Credit Suisse as a Legal and Compliance Specialist and at Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Compensation Analyst. Izabela holds a Master's Degree in International Business Management from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and an Engineering Degree in Management and Marketing from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Science.
