Jessica Mangskau

Jessica Mangskau is a seasoned professional in talent and performance management, currently serving as Director at Capital One since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions at Gallup as Senior Managing Consultant from May 2013 to May 2022, and as Human Capital Advisor at the General Services Administration from September 2010 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Organizational Consultant at the Peace Corps from September 2007 to March 2010. Jessica earned a Certificate in Executive Leadership from American University in 2012 and holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
