Joe Eberenz

Joe Eberenz is an experienced information security and network engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director and Information Security Officer at Capital One since July 2021, Joe previously held key positions at Applied Insight LLC, including Network Manager and Deputy Network Manager for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Joe's expertise encompasses network solution development and operations for various organizations, including notable roles as a Network Architect at Intelligent Decisions and the Department of Justice. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Network Engineer at Harris Corporation and as a Tactical Network Administrator in the United States Marine Corps. Joe holds a High School Diploma from Rocky Mount Senior High School and attended Germanna Community College.
