Kadhir Kanniyappan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Capital One, Kadhir has previously held senior leadership roles including Sr. Director of Software Engineering focused on Stability & Site Reliability Engineering and Sr. Director of Technology. At Fidelity Investments, Kadhir was Director of Asset Management Technology Infrastructure Production Services & Risk and earlier served as Principal Systems Engineer and Unix System Consultant. Kadhir’s career began as Assistant Manager at Alfa Laval and as Systems Engineer at Aptech Computer Education, showcasing a solid foundation in technical expertise and leadership.
