Mark Pilotti

Vice President, Business Banking at Capital One

Mark Pilotti serves as Vice President of Business Banking at Capital One since October 2014, overseeing strategy, pricing, and execution of Small Business Bank deposit products, merchant services, and AR/AP payment solutions, along with marketing and partnership functions. Previously, as Vice President of Commercial Banking at Capital One, Mark directed teams in strategy development and risk analysis for Healthcare and Financial Institutions groups. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Credit Risk Advisory Services at KPMG US, focusing on credit risk consulting, and Vice President of Loan Portfolio Modeling and Analytics at Sallie Mae, where Mark led the assessment of a $40 billion student loan portfolio. Mark began their career as an Economic Analyst at Arthur Andersen. Mark holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
