Michael Loy

Michael Loy is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in cybersecurity and delivery oversight. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at Capital One since October 2022, Michael has held various roles within the organization, including Principal Technical Project Manager and Principal Associate in Cyber Detection & Mitigation. Prior to Capital One, Michael worked at PwC as a Commercial Product Strategy Associate and completed a management rotational program at Capital One focused on Talent Acquisition and Cyber Threat Detection. Michael's early career includes positions at USC Annenberg Media as Content Director and internships in marketing and technical writing across multiple organizations. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California, having attended Glenbrook North High School.
