Phyllis Klein is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the multifamily and affordable housing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Capital One since April 2019, Klein leads Agency Production for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Previously, from December 2000 to April 2019, Klein held the position of Vice President at Fannie Mae, managing significant Borrower relationships and overseeing Seniors Housing and Marketing and Communications for Multifamily. Additional leadership roles include serving as Board President at Temple Israel of Hollywood from July 2016 to June 2018, and as Executive Director of the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee from 1999 to 2001. Klein has also held positions at Wells Fargo and Union Bank of California, along with a strong academic background featuring an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
