Riana Smith

Riana (Smith) Jones currently serves as a Workforce Development Program Manager at Capital One since April 2024. Previously, Riana held the position of Manager, Social & Community Impact at Converse from June 2021 to April 2024, and served as Founder and Executive Director of Femdelacreme, Inc., a women’s mentoring and empowerment organization in Atlanta, Georgia, from May 2014 to March 2024. Riana's past experience also includes roles at Nashville Classical Charter School as an Operations Graduate Intern and Converse as a Graduate Intern in Social & Community Impact, as well as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting. Riana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University and a Master's Degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Education from Vanderbilt University.
