Shashi Chappidi

Shashi Chappidi is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in cloud computing and virtualization. Currently serving as Senior Director at Capital One since November 2011, Shashi leads cloud optimization strategies that have resulted in significant cost avoidance for the enterprise and oversees Compliance DevOps initiatives. Previously, Shashi held roles including IT Senior Manager, Cloud Computing, where a private cloud solution was designed for Capital One, and IT Manager Virtualization, responsible for supporting enterprise IT operations across various business units. Before joining Capital One, Shashi worked as a Senior Engineer at Fannie Mae, focusing on virtual and server platform engineering, and as a Network Administrator at PA Consulting Group during the integration of Hagler Bailly Inc. Shashi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Engineering College.
